Skip Bin Hire Policy for LME Group Pty Ltd
1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings must be made via lme.group/shop.
- Full payment, including the deposit, is required at the time of booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable, and payments must be made via approved payment methods.
2. Delivery & Collection
- Skip bins are delivered on the scheduled delivery date chosen during booking.
- 72 hours’ notice is required for changes to delivery or collection dates.
- Collection occurs on the pre-arranged date, as selected at booking.
3. Usage Guidelines
- Customers must adhere to waste guidelines available on the LME Group website.
- Prohibited waste includes hazardous materials, asbestos, chemicals, and liquids.
- Skip bins must not be overloaded or exceed the specified weight limits.
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the delivery date.
- Deposits are non-refundable, even if the cancellation meets the required notice period.
- Changes to bookings within 72 hours of the delivery date may incur additional fees.
5. Liability & Damages
- Customers are responsible for the contents of the skip bin and ensuring it does not contain prohibited items.
- LME Group is not responsible for any property damage caused by delivery, placement, or removal of the skip bin, especially on private property or driveways.
